Old Mutual the worst place to have a Funeral Policy ! ☺

If not mistaken I have all my policies since 2010. The worst place to have a funeral policy!! When my kids turned 21, I battled to get them on their own cover. Today I called and asked how to go about it to have their cover going off their own bank accounts, I was told it cannot be done. If I pass away all my people (extended etc.) will have no cover. This came as a shock because all these years the money paid will be down the drain and my kids and relatives will have to find cover and start all over again, with waiting periods ? Furthermore I wanted to remove an extended family member and was told to email information. It's is so ridiculous as I know this will linger for months. How come this are not been communicated to someone when taking out a funeral policy? How many people out there knows about this ? The quality of service of my call today was poor. I could barely hear this man talking. He told me I was fading. In the mean time it sounded like he couldn't open his mouth properly. More like a speech problem.
