Old Mutual the worst Insurance Company ever
The most horrible customer care i have ever experienced.They call you a million times to offer you a product you already have with them and unless you are not buying anything they refuse to assist with any changes or amendments on your policy.I don’t know what the app is for if i cannot make changes there.
