Old Mutual - the worst in the business!!

I am having the worst service experience with Old Mutual for the last year my life insurance policy. I have been overcharged in excess of R300 since last year and it's been a nightmare to get the problem sorted.

Today 28 July I managed to get through to customer services and asked to speak to the Manager. Whilst on the phone with the Manager called Kaylin, the call got dropped but she never called back despite having all my details open on her computer.

I am cancelling all my business with Old Mutual and lodging a complaint with the OMBUDsman.

Old Mutual is definitely not what they used to be and it pains me that we thousands iof these cases where our money is taken with no regard for service delivery.
