Old mutual the *****

Old Mutual does not want to pay out death benefit claim. We submitted all the required documents on the 30 June 2021. Today it's the 06th September but they still giving a a round around. We have been to 4 different branches and the consultants confirmed that all the documents have been submitted and we should wait for head office to process the claim. Every time we enquire on progress of the claim The consultant keeps saying there's nothing they can do for us. We should wait. Old mutual says the claims are paid within 24 hours Old mutual is a *****.
