Old Mutual the ******* and bad attitude

Old Mutual has a poor service their consultant give you different informatioon everytime you call.

"First consultant"said I must use whatsapp to do my claim and I did it. when doinf a follow-up "Second Consultant" said my claim is being process and they used with it at SARS and he had bad attitude. "Third consultant" said nothing was regarding that is after 21 days that they say it will be in my account.

I would never recommand anyone to invest with old mutual and their sales people must just stop calling me. even my life cover im going to cancel it. they quick to tell you, when you have not paid but when you claim its an issue.
