Old Mutual-THE PITS
Company with the worst customer service and pathetic lack of communication- very poor Management.Passing the buck from one to the other I have a RA with them since 2008 ,with monthly payouts. They have not payed my December 2020,without explanation or warning-leaving me without income for the month-now in the 2nd week of inquiry-now money,no reason. Will contact the Ombudsman next week.

15 Dec 2020, 10:00They seem not to know that annuity's are paid in arrears and are headstrong not to pay me my November annuity.[should be in my bank within one week after the completed month.
Even my advisor -Ben Milner's,Investment & Tax Consultants [FSB Reg.1568] are stunned by this attitude!!
