Old mutual the nightmare

Some of the call centre staff are very rude. I have been waiting for my payout for over a month, now on month 2. Been promised to get updates on every process but to date the only time i get an update is when i pick up the phone, my matter has been escalated twice but i have never even received not a single call, just as acknowledgement of my cry. This is becoming an absolute nightmare, and whats worse is you cant even pick up the phone and call the complaint management department.
