Old Mutual. The most terrible service

I have been sending emails to Old Mutual, for about 3 weeks now, enquiring about a policy that i am a beneficiary of. This is from my late wife. Up to today OM has not had rhe decency to contact or reply to my emails. To phone them is a nightmare, as you hold on for ages and just get sent from department to department.
