Old Mutual the ****ming group

I app**** for withdrawal of funds from one of my old mutual investment account from the 30th of Jan 2024 even today nothing has happened. They are taking time to release the funds but quick to debit from accounts. I won't would ever advise people to use their services as they are ****ming people.

Nothing from this company is legit poor customer service. Poor call center services non of their services are to satisfactory state. I want oldmutual to give my money back and cancel everything that I started with them I don't want anything to do with them. They robbing people they do not deliver what is due to their client.

Now they keep on reminding me of the debit that has to go off month end but they are failing give my funds that i invested 5 years ago.

Please Oldmutual bring my money back and I want to cancel everything that has to do with you. From bank account, investment account and funeral policies

I tried to get hold of you but I failed couldn't get hold of your non functional call center. All I want is my withdrawal money and cancel you stupid investment account and your stupid funeral cover.
