Old mutual the ****mer
I signed up for rewards. I was told to submit my documents and that was over 4 weeks back for something I was told it would be approved within 5-7 business days. We are in the 5th week and I'm still unable to redeem my points. They are giving me run arounds. They make signing up and earning the points WITH MY DATA so easy. But when it's time to redeem, I have to go certify documents that they never acknowledge. This is bull****. I WANT TO REDEEM MY POINTS NOW
