Old Mutual - The highest level of POOR SERVICE

<p>Polic No ********** 0</p> <p>Documents submitted 17 May 2017</p> <p>Old Mutual Requested more documentation after 2 weeks</p> <p>Documentation submitted again 14 July 2017</p> <p>Again, asking for documentation that was submitted already.</p> <p> </p> <p>The impression I get is that Old Mutual will quickly assist when you invest your money. When they have to pay out though, it is a total different situation. When you do request to speak to a Manager, the call centre manager tells you that his manager will just refer the case back to him....so no Old Mutual member, wait and see if we can help you.</p> <p>Will they come back to you? looking at the reviews of Old Mutual on Hello Peter, I get the impression the answer is NO.</p> <p> </p> <p>Take note of the above when you invest your money and think it through carefully!!!</p> <p> </p>
