Old Mutual - The company with no heart
One star is even too much for Old Mutual. When someone passes you are distraught and sad. And they do not make the claiming for funeral policy any easier. Funds have been 'paid' out, but it has been more than 3 days and funds not available. Old Mutual - this is **** service from you! I suggest to not use Old Mutual at all.
