old mutual TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have a retirement polices which i need to withdraw and can only do so if i am immigrating or have an illness .I have asked to speak to a manager via email as everything in life has exemptions .I have recieved no response from old mutual.Its a measly R20 0000 which i need or else i am going to be homeless .Is that what old mutual wants ????? for me to be homeless till im 55 and collect that money ????? I would have been killed living on the streets by than. I have requested access to my tax free savings policy last week as well ,Again no response regarding an update .Gosh i am so tired of begging for money that is MINE !!!! i will NEVER EVER INVEST WITH OLD MUTUAL .Terrible service and absolutely no sympathy towards a person.Thats MY MONEY !!!GOSH im willing to take a surrender value of 10 000 just so i dont have to deal with you people anymore .PLEASE GIVE ME MY GOD DAM MONEY !!!!!
