Old Mutual Terrible service. Unprofessional
Its been 2 months trying to stop my debit with no luck. I was contacted about 3 times in last 2 months and their phone get cut half way , thereafter no one bother to call back. They don't call back afterwards if I am unable to talk when they have phoned. Extremely unprofessional.
Old mutual was so sweet when needing buisness and now they don't care. Let's rather cancel all policies with you and move to another one.
Terrible service.

05 Mar 2022, 07:32Investigate when and contact me when? Be specific. One of the consultant even told me that I must go to nearest old mutual office to resolve but when old mutual needed buisness they came to me.
