Old mutual, Terrible customer service

TRULY DISGUSTING, unprofessional, non communicators, these big companies think they can get away with zero customer service. I have e been waiting 4 months for a claim to pay out, they have all the paperwork they need . I went into sandton on Monday, had the misfortune of getting Raymond to assist, needless to say, he was no help at all. Called his superior, he said he would look into the matter and get back to me, well I am still waiting. UNACCEPTABLE!!! really. I have had better service at Mac Donald's. It's like you are asking a favor, they get paid. No!!! Come on.....
