Old Mutual technological woes

Absolutely shocking customer service from Old Mutual re my investment in an income fund. Have been trying for a week to find out my balance. Website has been disfunctional for a whole week and no way any help. I contacted my financial adviser with Old Mutual and even he couldn't get it. Am going to withdraw my money next year as they are not on top of their technological game and therefore I feel less likely to pick up ****s etc. Do not recommend investing with Old Mutual
