Old mutual tax free withdrawal

I went into a branch last week and went to go claim my tax free savings money they apparently did the transfer but to date no feedback I keep on buying airtime as their waiting time is pathetic long I waited after calling the 3rd time and I asked the agent to call me back she promised to call me back but up until now nothing! It's my money it's not like I'm making a loan with you guys this is horrible service I believe all this reviews on you guys is true I'm in need of my OWN MONEY but it's a hassle I would rather leave my money in a bank than have this kinda hassle ever again
