OLD MUTUAL TAX FREE SAVINGS

I have a Tax Free Saving account with Old Mutual but have been struggling to make a withdrawal since the 1st of December 2023 despite me visiting their branch twice on the 1st and 8 of December 2023 . I tried calling them more than 8 times and everytime I get transferred from one person and Department to the other without any help. Consultants are rude and keeps transferring, put you on hold or drop you without notifying you. I am really so disappointed because even now I don't know what to do. I have no choice but to cancel the Product completely and close my swipe account with them.

Poor service overall. Sad part is that you don't even know where to lodge a complaint. Keep being sent from pillar to post for your own money.

Unfortunately, with the treatment I got sorry is not enough because it can't fix the things that I wanted to with that money, which is mine and not yours. Damage has been done already, I am the one who has to pay the price for things not of my doing. Do you ever think of how much inconvenience bad service do to people?? I don't think any of your Customer Services consultants really comprehend that because they can keep on on hold for as long as they wish knowing very well there won't be any consequences for them. Thanks for nothing really.
