Old Mutual Tax Free Investment poor service
After receiving bad service I instructed Old Mutual to cancel my policy. The instruction was submitted thrice to the relevant department and their complaints department and I still didn't receive a response but they were quick to send an email informing me admin fees will be charged after I canceled the debit order.
