Old Mutual Tax Free investment account

If there was a minus star I would choose it. Old Mutual is the worst place to have a Tax free investment account. They are happy to deduct money from your account but give you a run around when you what to withdraw from your Tax Free Investment account. I have been jumping hoops for a whole month now, they keep telling me it will take another 5-7 working days, four weeks later they are still making it impossible for me to get my money, this is really upsetting 😡. I have a similar account at another institution, it took the other institution only 4 working days to withdraw my money which shows that at Old Mutual they are just ******. I will be canceling everything I have with them.
