Old Mutual tax certificate services horrible

Old Mutual has not assisted in providing a tax certificate requested from them since 17/06/2024. On going on their website there is still no apparent record of a tax certificate for me with no reason given at all. After calling the customer centre on 27/06/2024, I was assured the matter would be treated as urgent. As of today, I have received no certificate.
