OLD MUTUAL TAKING MONEY ********LY
The customer service from OLD Mutual Is pathetic!!!! My dad had a life policy which lapsed and then reinstated with confirmation email from OLD MUTUAL. They still debited my dad account and now saying the policy is lapsed again and refuse the refund.
This is totally unacceptable!!! This is ***** as far as I am concerned because you took the money but the policy is not active!!!!
