Old Mutual taking money from my account and denying it

They called earlier this year to tell me that they havent received any payments which they have been deducting by the way from my Capitec bank and they said my policy is cancelled which I didnt mind because I was going the cancel the policy anyway. Problem started with them deducting money each month from my bank account and when i contacted they complains department with all the evidence they requested they are saying they didnt take out money from my bank account and this was back in March, they have since been taking out money from account and the last time was end of June 2024. Their customer service is very poor. I also dont understand how Capitec would allow for these direct debits and they would send a de*****eck and I would always reject it but Old Mutual would still take out money from my account
