OLD MUTUAL TAKES OVER A MONTH TO PROCESS 1 CLAIM
I sent my claim with Old Mutual Gap cover and was advised that claims takes 7-14 days to process and pay out. I submitted my claim in August 2015 and despite me calling to find out what is the delay, I am being sent from pillar to post and constantly being advised that the supervisor will call me back
