OLD MUTUAL TACTICS. WHEN DOES IT END

Good day.

So my mom has a policy with Old Mutual for years. She has retired about a couple of years back. Normally Old Mutual was debiting after up until recently. Now Old Mutual just stopped. My mom and I went there to find out and made arrangements to continue with debit order agreement. Still after that Old Mutual does not debit. It feels like a ploy to make her policy laps so that should something happen to her there wont be any payment. My mother is almost 67 diabetic woman with Hypertension. With recent and not so recent events with regards to these establishments and how they handle people's cases is a concerning issue. I would like to raise this issue with the relative parties even the NCA because they have no regard for the people that they inconvenience.
