Old Mutual system is useless
Call centre is useless. Takes more than 30 minutes to answer. Then insist on telling me the options I entered was wrong becase I got through to the wrong department. Sms 48954 not working. Email rep**** by automated system. Recoments using whatsApp. WhatsApp service tells me to call service centre. Back at where I started.
