Old Mutual swindling me

I have a policy with old mutual which has been running for many years the agreement is that it raise by 5%every year both premiums and payout but this year I was surprised that they raised my premiums by more than 20%when I ask my broker she is not giving me answers and old mutual continues to take more money from me without explanation my premiums last term were R801 but this term they are debiting R1002.00 from my account without explanation according to my calculations they were supposed to debit R865.
