Old Mutual Superfunds

Kindly help me I have a dispute with old mutual superfund. They have submitted my documents to SARS without my tax number and SARS is quiring it. I have been in touch with them since October 2021 up to this date they are unable to help me. This is a huge problem as SARS has withheld my funds and I can’t do anything until old mutual fix my documents. This is taking strain on me because I’m the one who is calling them to fix this issue but however because of their incompetence my life is on hold. SARS has penalised me for late submission and they don’t seem to care. From what I see they do not even know what they are supposed to do with this matter as I have been in contact with more than six consultants. All they want is ratings without even knowing their job. My life is on hold now because I can’t submit my tax returns due to Old mutual Superfund incompetence. They put some arbitration numbers on their website that are not even working. It is very bad for me as an individual to be hold hostage by some *********** people. They asked for all information, and I have provided because they don’t know what they are doing I’m still stuck till today since 2021.

How long one should wait for this matter to be investigated. I’m receiving emails and SMSs ‘s from SARS. Really it seems like you guys don’t know what should be done. I brought the matter to your attention on the 9th of June till to this date no answer. I’m so much disappointed.

There is nothing as frustrating as waiting for feedback from *********** people who don’t even bother. Old mutual is taking people for granted they don’t care about their clients. I think is high time I cancel all the policies with them I really can’t tolerate this kind of *****. I can see on the reviews people are complaining about different things enough is enough. People please don’t wait to be victims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Old mutual is useless my life is on hold because of them.

I’m asking myself how old mutual is surviving because they really don’t care about customers. How can people say they are investigating a small issue SARS related and take for ever? That company is useless. People are complaining everywhere about how useless old mutual is there is no service there. The only thing they care about is people’s money. I’m done with them.

Old Mutual super funds how long I’m I suppose to wait for my issue to be resolved is close to a year now. This is very bad. This really proves the fact that people don’t know what they are doing. My life has being on hold for close to a year now.

Hi Bilqees Carelse, can I please have an update since on the 13th of July you said my issue is under investigation and I have been patiently waiting. Till to this date no feedback. This is so frustrating since I ‘m receiving emails and SMSs from SARS every week.

Hi Bilqees Carelse, this is what you said on the 13th of July what is it that the relevant department is investigating. This proves the fact that the department does not now what they are doing.
