Old Mutual Superfund/Protektor/Preservation fund/Corporate Divorce Claim

My old Mutual financial adviser and myself have submitted all the necessary documents for a divorce claim to old mutual superfund and protektor/preservation fund and claims and divisions on the 4th of January 2021...and after numerous emails and daily hour long phone calls with dead ends...today is the 8th of February 2021 and still the claim has not been processed. After waiting almost 5 years to receive a divorce court order for the claim to be submitted, to have to wait over a month for it to be processed seems unreal.
