Old Mutual Superfund I'm at a lost for words!

Over five weeks ago, my employer initiated a payout request for my investment. Despite this, I have not received any feedback on the status of the request. Compounding the issue, my online profile indicates that it is still active, and there are no records of submitted service requests.
