Old Mutual superfund withdrawal pending since October

Old Mutual superfund I'm at a lost for words. Every time I call to enquire about my funds and why is my withdrawal is taking so long since October, I get hung up on at least once on every interaction. Then I have to use more of my airtime to call back only to be on long hold. After Every 5 working days I'm told to wait I call but get the same answer of the same issue which was escalated the last time I called. Very disappointed
