Old Mutual Superfund withdrawal nightmare

What a nightmare experience. I resigned and processed withdrawal claim on Feb 25 2022 and to date Old Mutual super Fund has not paid my claim. The call center agents have been lying endlessly and giving inconsistent reasons for the payment delay. I was told my money will finally be paid on the 19th of April 2022. Then they said today it will clear but still no funds paid. Now I understand why my precious employer wanted to leave the scheme for Alexander Forbes and to think I was considering investing some cash with them. Run far away from Old Mutual. Very bad service.
