Old mutual Superfund so *********** and stressfull

Old mutual Superfund is ***********. My employer submitted my claim via email and where not able to send an e-claim because their portal was closed. after submission weeks later when i login to check, my status still says active. when i call i don't even get an answer from a consultant after being on hold for more than 30 minutes with a cellphone. Their whatsapp service cannot pickup my details. The sms number 48952 takes my airtime but no response. im not sure what they do at Old mutual superfund but this is nonsense. When they want us to take their covers they call us day in and day out but when we want our funds they are no where to be found and make us wait for donkey years to get what belongs to us this is really bad service
