Old Mutual SuperFund - Really not so super at all !!!!

Wow, I am Super-Super disappointed in Old Mutual SuperFund!! Nearly 2moths down the road, numerus emails. Holding on for hours on for the call center ( really not joking - longest call 49 min without any answerer). This is ridiculous, I am so glad that I am moving my Retirement fund to Alexander Forbs, if its this difficult to do a transfer / claim payout then I ready don't want to experience the difficulty when they actually retire...... Old Mutual you really need to work on you communication and service level. Your Service lever is beyond poor!!!!
