Old Mutual Superfund Provident claim

On exiting from my employee on the 16th January 2015, and been kept in the loop and in turn following up with my HR department and receiving relative feedback as to payout date, which she in turn forwarded to me and therefore disclosing claim date forwarded to Old Mutual on the 31st January 2015 and both Old Mutual and HR finalizing payout dates to be no earlier than the 15th March and no later than the 31st March 2015 allowed me to plan ahead. On the 9th March I received an sms with reference from Old Mutual claims dept informing me that they had only then received my claim. very disturbed I contacted Kevin with my reference number, who in turn informed me that the waiting period for the initial claim is 6 weeks from 9 March. Trying to establish who was responsible for this err I asked him what department was responsible for this delay prior to them receiving my claim, and he stated the \SCANNING"department!!! and the person responsible for it reaching the \""scanning department was HR. HR has all necessary documentation and informed me that she was given the runaround for the past 45 days. Such incompetence is not tolerated. Total disregard for their clients is not acceptable."""
