Old Mutual Superfund poor service after delayed claim

Put in a claim for my provident fund in Nov 2021 and no funds to date. Spoke to a Lerato Kgomo from Superfund who was extremely rude on the phone ( please retrieve call) on Wednesday 12 Jan around 12:50. She said “ you should have called us” and twice i had to ask to finish speaking because she was talking over me. The worst service cause she says customers must call and verify bank details and tax number yet i was an employee there till Nov 21. No sms or mail saying i must verify. Disgusting disgusting that i need to wait 20 working days. Need my money please and soon
