Old Mutual Superfund pathetic service.

My grandfather is a beneficiary on a pension fund claim for my aunt who has passed away more than a year ago. He is in need of the funds and keeps on asking me for assistance but Old Mutual Superfund claims is never able to assist us. I have an old mutual superfund myself and am starting to consider changing due to the bad service they have experienced for my aunt who is actually an employee of Nedbank which is part of the old Mutual group.
