Old Mutual Superfund - no success in fund withdrawal, no status update

On 26 June 2024 i signed and submitted all required documents to Old Mutual Superfund via my employer. On 17 July 2024 received sms that claim will be paid within 3-5 days.

On 26 July 2024 i called to follow-up and was told that there is -1 cent on my claim and was reffered to technical department. I was promised an update within 3 days.

On 01 August 2024, i followed up and was told that it has been resolved, money will be paid on or before 06 August 2024.

On 07 August 2024, i called and was told that the claim have been sent to Technical department to fix -1cent. It will be attended to as it was escalated. I then receive an sms that they are now starting the process on step1/7 which i received in June after submitting documents.

Today on 12 August 2024, i was told that it is still in the technical department and there is nothing they can do.

Over 7 weeks ago, my employer initiated a provident fund payout request as I have resigned. Despite this, I have to follow up for status but not received any feedback and no help from Old Mutual.

Old Mutual never once assisted with my withdrawal process and if I do not get my claim submitted within 30 days, my money will be preserved which I did not opt for at Hence.
