Old Mutual Superfund - no success in fund withdrawal

I am disappointed in Old Mutual's Superfund!!!

Over four weeks ago, my employer initiated a provident fund payout request as I have resigned. Despite this, I have not received any feedback on the status of the request and no help from Old Mutual. My online profile indicates that it is still active but my HR department confirmed they have exited me on Old Mutual's HR system and added the reason for exit as "resignation". I've attempted to resolve this matter with my HR team and on my own but my hands are cut off right now. Old Mutual never once assisted with my withdrawal process and if I do not get my claim submitted within 30 days, my money will be preserved which I did not opt for at Hence, I'm escalating the concern via Hello Peter in the hope of a solution.
