Old mutual Superfund is very disappointing

I have submitted my claim for pension fund on the 15 of October and I received the last communication on the 23/10/2024 to say that the claim is the disinvestment stage the process takes 3 to 5 days but now it is 15 days after nothing is happening when I call, I get different agents and all telling me a different story every day. They keep on saying that they are escalating the issue cz I was supposed to be paid my money two weeks ago. apparently, they have a new system which is not working but I don't understand how a big company Like Old mutual can introduce a system without putting on a test if it is working or not am very frustrated. The superfund agents dont know how the new system works but they are using it
