Old Mutual Superfund is all but Super

good day

I was part of the Old Mutual Pension Fund, I resigned last year from the company I was employed with and would like to receive my Tax Certificate for the payment that was made to myself from Old Mutual, I called and am holding on for hours with no answer from them, I then sent an email which they said will be responded on within 48 Hours (SF ********** on 29 May 2018) and I still haven't received any answer from them. This is unacceptable
