Old Mutual Superfund is a big ****.

I have been struggling for 3 months to get my Superfund paid out or getting a clear explanation on what’s going on. Their contact centre agents looks they are don’t know what they’re doing. Every time I call I get a new story and it always differs each day I do follow up with them. Worst service provider ever They don’t answer emails and if they do it is of no help and if they do replay or answer. I’m very disappointed with Old Mutual, they are so bad with customer service and they don’t care about their customers.
