Old mutual superfund is a ****
They are far from trustworthy..... It's been more than a month. Just trying to submit a superfund claim. Every time I speak to a consultant that is full of promises that my claim will be sorted.. And never gets done.. Then it will take 2 days, then 3 days then 2 days... It's been a more than a month with no results... 8 days before they answer a email.. I have never experienced bad service like this.. I would not recommend old mutual to anyone... It feels like you talking to people that **** you.. Totally discussed with the service.. Or I should say non existing service..

20 Dec 2024, 16:29I went to old mutual again today.. And again I was promised that a manager will phone me back due to she is on the phone.... It's been a whole day again with no reply from old mutual.... Again I must wait 5 days... And I know after 5 days same story again... Playing for time... So that old mutual can ***** my money..
They promise investigation on hollo pieter and will get back to me.... An absulte lie...
I've never in my life received such bad service.. I can not believe they are still in business... And all they do is *****ing from people... If they did not ***** from people I would have received an call... Instead I only get promised that someone will call you... That never happens... Old mutual you are a discrase
