Old Mutual Superfund has nothing super to them

So over the past few weeks I have tried and tried but the level of service is just rediculous. Since submitting all docs and clarifying all information it is still not being sorted. This is honestly not a company I want to do business with ever again. Superfund is the worst if I have delt with and it's not my first bad experience when it comes to customer service but it will be my last.
