Old Mutual Superfund fail- follow up- still no response

It has been 4 weeks since I resigned. It has been 2 weeks since I tried to submit a claim. Multiple email threads, Multiple calls to no avail 1 complaint logged with Old Mutual- no response This will be my second review on this site…

I am unable to submit a claim before they keep telling my my profile is not linked but they will link it and to check back in 2 days. After 2 days I get the same answer. We will send a request to link it and I can try again in 2 days. Another 2 days go by. Still not linked. Still no feedback and I still cant submit. Worst service
