Old mutual superfund
The service at old mutual superfund is nonsense I have put a death claim from my father's provident fund in 2020till today haven't got the payment.on 25th of this month I called them they said it's paid out Will shall receive in 7working days nothing came.i called them again 08/12/2022 the call centre urgent was rude to me and his manager.their names Kelvin palze And Zimkitha Nkohla this people were rude to me to a point they hung up on me old mutual superfund is got a very poor service.we don't even know what to do any more
