Old Mutual Superfund
I have filed a divorce claim and it's unfortunate that I would call ***to determine what my claim status is without any success. I would hold for hours on end without anyone picking up my call. Such service is truly disappointing. I used to think highly of Old Mutual until now.

18 Feb 2021, 11:57I would like to compliment Old Mutual's RFA Claims Complaints department. I was assisted by Harriet Swartz. The service she provided was outstanding. Her constant feedback on the progress of my claim was amazing and when she indicated to me that she's prioritizing the matter, it was not just lip service but her continuous communication to keep me abreast on all developments regarding my claim was proof of that. Although, I was initially frustrated by the service I received, her intervention on the matter made the experience highly pleasant for me.
