Old mutual superfund disaster

Good day,my sister had a policy with old mutual and she passed away in 2017 and my mother was the beneficiary and in 2018 she also passed away and since then we have been trying to claim the superfund but nothing is happening,it’s been years now and all they say it’s “we busy with it”.
