Old Mutual Superfund Claim Stuck in one of their computers

I claimed my Old Mutual superfund last year in November 2020, and I have been following up every week since then. I have used an unbearable amount of airtime, being put on hold and told that delays are caused by COVID-19 in some cases speaking to clueless consultants. Up to now my claim has not paid out. On my last call I was told to phone every week to check the progress, seriously this is total madness. I am not sure how Old Mutual value customers? Why would you still advertise to lure innocent customers to such a dome. Here we are in March 2021 without any idea if this is still processing.
