Old Mutual Superfund Claim

I have been trying to move my funds from Old Mutual Superfund to a new service provider used by my new employer and I am disgusted with the service given by Old Mutual. It has been 10 months since I initiated the process which should not take long at all. Almost 1 year to move my funds!! This is an absolute joke! I keep getting back the same emails and notifications.
